I did love this class. Of all the classes I have taken over the years, this one tops them all. Monica introduced us to many of the farmer's market vendors she knows personally and they shared their stories of their passion for fresh local produce. I understand how t'afia is so successful. Monica takes fresh ingredients and cooked this quickly and simply, and I loved the communal eating and a small class of five. Her methods and fresh ingredients will forever change the way I cook for the better.

This was one of the best classes I've taken. Monica made everything look so simple. I appreciated the fact that she was cool with my dog situation and allowed my pup to hang with us at the farmers market as well as while we cooked. I am definitely telling all my friends about this event!
